Roasted Chicken Thighs

Bone-in chicken thighs roasted until juicy inside with crisp, paprika-and-thyme-seasoned skin.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  2. Step 2

    Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them skin-side up on the rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

    Combine the olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper in the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 gr Black Pepper, 1.0 gr Dried Thyme, 12.0 gr Garlic, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 5.0 gr Paprika, 12.0 gr Salt

  4. Step 4

    Rub the seasoning mixture over all sides of the chicken, then return the thighs to the baking sheet skin-side up with space between them.

  5. Step 5

    Roast for 35–45 minutes, until browned and the thickest part of each thigh reaches at least 74°C without the thermometer touching bone.

  6. Step 6

    Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
