Instructions

    Combine the Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.

    Spread the mixture in a single layer on the rimmed baking sheet, turning as many sprouts as possible cut-side down.

    Roast until the sprouts are tender and deeply browned and the bacon is fully cooked and crisp, stirring once halfway through.
