Riced Broccoli Stir Fry

Finely riced broccoli stir-fried with colorful vegetables, scrambled egg, and a savory sesame-soy sauce.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Pulse the broccoli florets in batches in a food processor until they resemble grains of rice. Stop before they become a paste.

    Stir together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

    Heat the large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil and the beaten eggs, then stir until just set and transfer the eggs to the small bowl.
