Instructions

  4. Step 4

    Remove the lid and add the onion and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the vegetables begin to brown.

    Return the cooked sausage to the skillet, add the paprika, and stir until evenly combined and hot.
