Instructions

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper together to make the marinade.

Place the chicken in the sealable container, add the marinade, and turn the pieces until evenly coated. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat the grill over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the container and let excess marinade drip off.

Discard the used marinade. Place the chicken on the grill, close the lid, and cook without moving it for 6 minutes.

Turn the chicken and grill for 5 to 8 minutes more, until the thickest part of every piece reaches 74°C.

Transfer the chicken to a clean serving plate and rest it for 5 minutes before serving.
