Finely chop the dill, mince the garlic, and finely zest and juice the lemon. Combine them in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange the salmon fillets in the baking dish and spread the lemon-dill mixture evenly over them.

Bake until the salmon is opaque, flakes easily at the thickest point, and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C.
