Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon

Oven-roasted salmon fillets coated with a sweet and tangy maple-Dijon glaze and served with fresh lemon.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200°C and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Halve the lemon. Squeeze one half into the small bowl and cut the other half into wedges.

    Finely mince the garlic cloves.

    Whisk the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic together. Transfer half of this glaze to a clean cup and reserve it.

  5. Step 5

    Pat the salmon dry, arrange it skin-side down on the prepared sheet, and season it evenly with the salt and black pepper.

    Brush the salmon with the glaze remaining in the small bowl.

    Roast the salmon at 200°C for 8 minutes.

    Spoon the reserved glaze over the salmon, then roast at 200°C for 3–6 minutes more, until the thickest part reaches 63°C.
