    Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp. Drain off and discard the rendered fat.

    Stir the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined.

    Fold the drained cauliflower and cooked bacon into the cream cheese mixture with 150 gr cheddar and 3 sliced green onions.
