Baked Chicken Thighs with Paprika

Bone-in chicken thighs coated with olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic, and herbs, then baked until browned and juicy.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°C and set a baking sheet aside.

    Stir together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to form a loose seasoning paste.

    Ingredients used: 3.0 gr Garlic Powder, 1.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 1.0 gr Oregano, 6.0 gr Salt, 8.0 gr Sweet Paprika

  3. Step 3

    Pat the chicken thighs dry, add them to the bowl, and coat them evenly with the seasoning paste.

    Arrange the thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet with space between them.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 35–40 minutes, until browned and the thickest part of each thigh reaches at least 74°C.

  6. Step 6

    Rest the chicken for 5 minutes, then drizzle with the lemon juice and serve.
