Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Place the drained tuna in the large mixing bowl and break it into bite-size flakes with a fork.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper together in the small bowl.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 10.0 gr Dijon Mustard, 15.0 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 30.0 ml Lemon Juice, 3.0 gr Salt

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

  3. Step 3

    Prepare the avocado, celery, red onion, and parsley as directed, then add them to the tuna.

    Ingredients used: 300.0 gr Avocado, 80.0 gr Celery, 15.0 gr Parsley, 40.0 gr Red Onion

  4. Step 4
