A tender Italian-style egg frittata flavored generously with fresh parsley, chives, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

Instructions

    Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until evenly blended.

    Fold the herb mixture and grated Parmesan into the eggs.

  5. Step 5

    Heat the olive oil in the oven-safe skillet over medium heat, then swirl it across the base and sides.

    Timer: 1 min (fixed)

  6. Step 6

    Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat until the edges are set but the center remains loose.

    Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the center is just set and reaches 71°C.
