    Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

    Fold 100 gr of the Cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Heat the olive oil in the ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.

  5. Step 5

    Add the broccoli and cook over medium heat until bright green and nearly tender.

    Pour the prepared egg mixture over the vegetables. Cook over medium heat until the edges begin to set.

    Scatter the remaining 50 gr of Cheddar cheese over the top. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the center is set and reaches 71°C.
