Grilled Steak with Garlic Butter

Juicy grilled beef steaks seasoned simply and finished with a savory garlic-parsley butter.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the grill on high heat for 10 minutes.

    Timer: 10 min (fixed)

  2. Step 2

    Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley. Mash them with the softened butter until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 12.0 gr Garlic, 8.0 gr Parsley, 85.0 gr Unsalted Butter

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, fork, mixing bowl

  3. Step 3

    Pat the steaks dry, then coat them with the olive oil and season both sides with the salt and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 4.0 piece Beef Steak, 3.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 8.0 gr Salt

  4. Step 4

    Place the steaks on the grill and cook without moving them for 4 minutes.

    Timer: 4 min (fixed)

  5. Step 5

    Turn the steaks and grill for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the centers reach at least 63°C.

  6. Step 6

    Transfer the steaks to a clean serving platter and rest for 5 minutes.

    Spoon the garlic butter over the warm steaks and serve.
