Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Apples
Mustard-glazed pork tenderloin grilled until juicy and served with buttery sautéed apples and onion.
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Whisk the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, thyme, olive oil, ½ tsp (3 gr) salt, and 1 gr black pepper into a smooth glaze.

Pat the pork dry and coat it evenly with the mustard glaze.

Grill the glazed pork over medium heat, turning every 4 to 5 minutes, until the thickest part reaches 63°C.

While the pork cooks, thinly slice the onion. Heat the butter and remaining 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and cook until softened.

Core and cut the apples into wedges. Add them to the skillet with the remaining ½ tsp (3 gr) salt and 1 gr black pepper, then cook until lightly browned and just tender.

Transfer the cooked pork to a clean serving platter and let it rest before slicing.

Slice the pork across the grain and serve it with the warm apples and onion.
