    Whisk the olive oil with the lemon zest and juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 7.0 gr Fine Salt, 9.0 gr Garlic, 2.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 1.0 piece Lemon, 45.0 ml Olive Oil, 8.0 gr Parsley, 3.0 gr Rosemary, 2.0 gr Thyme

  2. Step 2

    Place the pork chops in a shallow dish, pour over the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
