Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breasts marinated with lemon, garlic, fresh herbs, and olive oil, then grilled until juicy and lightly charred.
Instructions

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl.

Add the chicken breasts and turn until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Clean the grill grate, then preheat the grill to medium heat for 10 minutes.

Lift the chicken from the marinade, allow the excess to drip off, and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook with the lid closed for 5 to 7 minutes.

Turn the chicken and grill for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the thickest part reaches 74°C.

Transfer the chicken to a clean platter and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
