Juicy, warmly seasoned grilled chicken breasts topped with a bright mango, lime, and jalapeño salsa.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the grill over high heat, then clean the cooking grate.

  2. Step 2

    Combine the mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, half of the olive oil, and the salsa portion of the salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside while the chicken cooks.

    Ingredients used: 8.0 gr Cilantro, 1.0 piece Jalapeño, 45.0 ml Lime Juice, 2.0 piece Mango, 15.0 ml Olive Oil, 75.0 gr Red Onion, 2.0 gr Salt

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, mixing bowl

  3. Step 3

    Place the chicken on a rimmed tray and pat it dry. Coat it with the remaining olive oil, remaining salt, black pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 4.0 piece Chicken Breast, 2.0 gr Ground Cumin, 15.0 ml Olive Oil, 4.0 gr Salt, 2.0 gr Smoked Paprika

  4. Step 4

    Reduce the grill to medium heat. Place the chicken on the grate and grill without moving it until browned underneath.

  5. Step 5

    Turn the chicken and continue grilling until the thickest part of every breast reaches 74°C.

    Timer: 7 min (fixed)

  6. Step 6

    Transfer the cooked chicken to a clean serving platter and let it rest.
