Grilled Chicken with Garlic Butter
Juicy grilled chicken breasts finished with warm garlic, parsley, and lemon butter.

Preheat a clean grill to medium heat.

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken and turn until evenly coated, then leave it to marinate.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic and cook gently until fragrant without browning.

Remove the garlic butter from the heat and stir in the parsley.

Lift the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning once, until the thickest part reaches 74°C.

Transfer the chicken to a platter and rest it before spooning the warm garlic butter over the top.
