Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 190°C.

    Whisk the eggs, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 120.0 gr Cheddar Cheese, 6.0 piece Egg, 3.0 gr Salt, 60.0 ml Whole Milk

    Cookware: mixing bowl, whisk

  3. Step 3

    Heat the olive oil in the oven-safe skillet over medium heat, tilting the skillet to coat the base and sides.

    Timer: 1 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 15.0 ml Olive Oil

  4. Step 4

    Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat until the edges begin to set, gently drawing them inward once with the spatula.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

  5. Step 5

    Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the center is just set and reaches 71°C.

    Timer: 8 min (fixed)

  6. Step 6

    Rest the frittata for 5 minutes, loosen the edges with the spatula, and cut into four portions.
