Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Baked mini sweet pepper halves filled with seasoned cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, and chives.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Halve and seed the peppers. Use the olive oil to lightly grease the baking sheet and coat the peppers, then arrange them cut side up.

    Ingredients used: 12.0 piece Mini Sweet Pepper, 15.0 ml Olive Oil

    Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, chives, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 60.0 gr Cheddar Cheese, 6.0 gr Chive, 225.0 gr Cream Cheese, 4.0 gr Garlic, 3.0 gr Salt, 2.0 gr Sweet Paprika

  4. Step 4

    Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the pepper halves and smooth the tops.

  5. Step 5

    Bake until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot and lightly golden, 18 to 22 minutes.
