Homemade chocolate cups with a creamy, lightly sweetened peanut butter center.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Line 12 wells of the muffin tin with paper liners.

    Place 200 gr of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in short bursts, stirring after each one, until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Divide the melted chocolate among the liners and spread it over each base. Refrigerate until firm.

  4. Step 4

    Stir the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth and cohesive.

    Timer: 3 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 15.0 gr Butter, 1.0 gr Fine Salt, 180.0 gr Peanut Butter, 60.0 gr Powdered Sugar, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract

  5. Step 5

    Divide the peanut butter filling among the hardened chocolate bases and flatten it gently, leaving a narrow border around each edge.

  6. Step 6

    Melt the remaining 140 gr of chocolate in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.

  7. Step 7

    Divide the melted chocolate over the fillings and spread it to the edges so each cup is sealed.

    Refrigerate the cups until completely firm, then remove them from the muffin tin and peel away the liners before serving.
