Boneless chicken breasts marinated with fresh lime, chili, garlic, warm spices, and cilantro, then grilled until juicy and lightly charred.

Instructions

    Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro.

    Ingredients used: 15.0 gr Cilantro, 12.0 gr Garlic

    Whisk the prepared garlic and cilantro with the lime juice, olive oil, honey, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

    Ingredients used: 8.0 gr Chili Powder, 6.0 gr Fine Salt, 1.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 2.0 gr Ground Cumin, 15.0 gr Honey, 60.0 ml Lime Juice, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 2.0 gr Paprika

    Cookware: mixing bowl, whisk

  3. Step 3

    Add the chicken and turn until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and no longer than 4 hours.

    Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grates clean.

    Transfer the chicken to the grill, let excess marinade drip into the bowl, and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the first side with the lid closed.

    Turn the chicken and continue grilling until the thickest part reaches 74°C.
