Boneless chicken breasts marinated with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, and oregano, then grilled until juicy and lightly caramelized.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Clean the grill grates and preheat the grill over medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 60.0 ml Balsamic Vinegar, 2.0 gr Black Pepper, 15.0 gr Dijon Mustard, 2.0 gr Dried Oregano, 6.0 gr Fine Salt, 9.0 gr Garlic, 15.0 gr Honey, 30.0 ml Olive Oil

  3. Step 3

    Add the chicken breasts and turn until thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Lift the chicken from the marinade with tongs, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl. Discard the used marinade.

    Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook over medium heat until browned on the first side, about 6 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Turn the chicken and grill for 5 to 7 minutes more, until the thickest part of every breast reaches 74°C.
