Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce

Tender oven-baked salmon served with a cool, creamy lemon and fresh dill sauce.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Pat the salmon dry and arrange the fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Coat them with olive oil, then season with part of the salt and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 1.5 gr Ground Black Pepper, 15.0 ml Olive Oil, 680.0 gr Salmon Fillet, 6.0 gr Salt

  3. Step 3

    Bake until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 63°C at its thickest point.

    Timer: 12 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    While the salmon bakes, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, and the remaining salt and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 10.0 gr Dijon Mustard, 8.0 gr Fresh Dill, 6.0 gr Garlic, 0.5 gr Ground Black Pepper, 30.0 ml Lemon Juice, 60.0 gr Mayonnaise, 3.0 gr Salt, 180.0 ml Sour Cream

  5. Step 5

    Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest briefly.

    Timer: 3 min (fixed)

    Serve each salmon fillet with the chilled dill sauce.
