Tender baked haddock fillets topped with a crisp crust of breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and butter.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet.

    Pat the haddock dry and place the fillets on the baking sheet. Season evenly with the salt and black pepper.

    Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, garlic, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 60.0 gr Breadcrumb, 8.0 gr Fresh Dill, 6.0 gr Garlic, 4.0 gr Lemon Zest, 12.0 gr Parsley

  4. Step 4

    Stir the melted butter, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly moistened.

  5. Step 5

    Divide the herb crust among the fillets and press it gently over their top surfaces.

    Bake until the crust is golden and the thickest part of each fillet reaches 63°C, 12 to 15 minutes.
