Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Crisp butter lettuce cups filled with savory ground chicken, water chestnuts, aromatics, and a hoisin-soy sauce.

Separate the lettuce into about 12 sturdy leaves. Rinse, drain well, and arrange them on a platter.

Finely dice the onion, then mince the garlic and ginger.

Finely chop the drained water chestnuts and thinly slice the scallions.

Whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook, breaking it into small crumbles, until lightly browned and several crumbles register 74°C, 6–8 minutes.
