Vegan Sloppy Joes

Instructions

    Drain the lentil thoroughly, then use the chef's knife on the cutting board to finely dice the onion and bell pepper and mince the garlic.

    Heat olive oil in the large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté, stirring with the wooden spoon, until softened and glossy.
