Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Tender, caramelized Brussels sprouts finished with savory roasted garlic and a splash of lemon juice.

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 220°C.

    Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then rinse and dry them thoroughly.

    Toss the prepared sprouts with 1 ¼ tbsp (20 ml) olive oil, the salt, and black pepper.

  4. Step 4

    Spread the sprouts in one layer on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.

    Combine the garlic with the remaining 2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil in a small bowl.

    Turn the sprouts, distribute the garlic mixture over them, and roast for 7 minutes, until browned and tender.
