Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Glaze

Pan-seared pork tenderloin roasted with a tangy honey-Dijon mustard glaze, then rested and sliced.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Pat the pork dry on a plate, then season it evenly with the salt and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 6.0 gr Fine Salt, 2.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 680.0 gr Pork Tenderloin

    Stir the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and thyme together until smooth.

    Ingredients used: 15.0 ml Apple Cider Vinegar, 45.0 gr Dijon Mustard, 6.0 gr Garlic, 30.0 gr Honey, 2.0 gr Thyme

    Cookware: mixing bowl, spoon

  4. Step 4

    Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Sear the seasoned pork, turning with tongs, until browned on all sides.

    Timer: 6 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 15.0 ml Olive Oil

  5. Step 5

    Remove the skillet from the heat and brush the pork evenly with the mustard glaze. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast until the thickest part of the pork reaches 63°C.

    Timer: 14 min (fixed)

  6. Step 6

    Transfer the pork to a clean cutting board and rest it before slicing across the grain.

    Timer: 5 min (fixed)
