Lamb Chops with Rosemary Garlic

Pan-seared lamb chops finished with garlic, fresh rosemary, butter, and lemon.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Pat the lamb chops dry, then coat them with the olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 gr Black Pepper, 4.0 piece Lamb Chop, 15.0 ml Olive Oil, 7.0 gr Salt

  2. Step 2

    Heat the skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Timer: 3 min (fixed)

  3. Step 3

    Place the chops in the skillet and sear without moving them until deeply browned on the first side.

    Timer: 4 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Turn the chops and sear the second side.

    Timer: 3 min (fixed)

  5. Step 5

    Reduce to low heat. Add the butter, garlic, and rosemary, then spoon the foaming butter over the chops until their centers reach 63°C.

  6. Step 6

    Transfer the chops to the plate, drizzle with the lemon juice, and rest before serving.
