    Whisk the mint, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper together to make the marinade.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 gr Black Pepper, 60.0 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 12.0 gr Garlic, 30.0 ml Lemon Juice, 12.0 gr Mint, 9.0 gr Salt

    Arrange the lamb chops in a shallow dish, add the prepared marinade, and turn the chops until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

    Remove the chops from the marinade and scrape off heavy clumps of garlic and mint. Place the chops on a clean plate and discard the used marinade.
