    Pat the lamb chops dry and arrange them in a shallow dish.

    Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chops with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the grill on high heat for 10 minutes, then clean the grate with a grill brush.
