Boneless chicken breasts marinated with fresh lemon, garlic, olive oil, and oregano, then grilled until juicy and lightly charred.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Finely zest the lemons, then squeeze their juice into a mixing bowl. Add the garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper, and whisk until combined.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 gr Dried Oregano, 60.0 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 16.0 gr Garlic, 2.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 2.0 piece Lemon, 6.0 gr Salt

    Cookware: Fine grater, mixing bowl, whisk

  2. Step 2

    Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, turn them until evenly coated, and cover the bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the grill to medium heat.

    Lift the chicken from the marinade, allow the excess to drip into the bowl, and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the thickest part reaches 74°C.
