Grilled Chicken Breast with Herbs
Boneless chicken breasts marinated with fresh herbs, lemon, garlic, and olive oil, then grilled until juicy and lightly charred.
Instructions

Step 1
Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.

Pat the chicken breasts dry. On a cutting board, gently pound the thickest portions so each breast is an even 2 cm thick.

Add the chicken to the herb marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill over medium heat.

Lift the chicken from the marinade, let the excess drip off, and discard the used marinade.

Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning once, until lightly charred and each breast reaches 74°C in its thickest section.

Transfer the chicken to a clean plate and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
