Baked Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs

Bone-in chicken thighs baked with lemon, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley until browned and juicy.

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 200°C.

    Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them skin-side up in the baking dish.

    Zest and juice the lemons into a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper, then whisk until combined.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 12.0 gr Garlic, 2.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 2.0 piece Lemon, 8.0 gr Parsley, 4.0 gr Rosemary, 6.0 gr Salt, 3.0 gr Thyme

    Cookware: citrus zester, mixing bowl, whisk

  4. Step 4

    Pour the lemon-herb mixture over the chicken and turn the thighs with tongs to coat them. Return them to a skin-side-up position.

    Bake until the skin is browned and the thickest part of each thigh reaches at least 74°C without the thermometer touching bone.
