Instructions

    Lay the bacon in a skillet and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and crisp. Transfer it to a plate, let it cool slightly, then break it into bite-size pieces.

    Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.

  3. Step 3

    Wash and thoroughly dry the salad greens and tomatoes. Halve the tomatoes, then place them in a large bowl with the greens and sliced onion.
