Turkey and Spinach Meatballs

Lean turkey meatballs mixed with fresh spinach, baked to create a savory and protein-rich main dish.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Line one 30 x 40 cm baking sheet with parchment paper, then preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Step 2

    Using the chef's knife, finely chop the spinach and mince the garlic. Add them with the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper to the mixing bowl, then mix until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 1.0 piece Egg, 2.0 clove Garlic, 500.0 gr Ground Turkey, 5.0 gr Salt, 100.0 gr Spinach

  3. Step 3

    Shape the mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs and arrange them in a single layer on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.

  4. Step 4

    Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, until the meatballs are browned and firm. Check the center of the largest meatball with the food thermometer; it must reach an internal temperature of 74°C.
