Sweet Pea Hummus

This vibrant green hummus made from peas offers a fresh and flavorful dip, great for pairing with veggies or crackers.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Place the frozen and thawed pea in the colander and drain away excess thawing liquid until the peas are no longer wet.

    Add the drained pea, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and peeled garlic to the food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and evenly bright green, scraping the sides with the rubber spatula as needed.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 piece Garlic, 45.0 ml Lemon Juice, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 300.0 gr Pea, 60.0 gr Tahini

  3. Step 3

    Add the salt gradually to the blended hummus while processing briefly, then taste and stop when it is balanced and creamy.
