    Combine the apple, red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and ⅜ tsp (2 gr) of the salt in a mixing bowl. Let the salsa stand while the pork cooks.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 piece Apple, 8.0 gr Cilantro, 10.0 gr Honey, 1.0 piece Jalapeno Pepper, 30.0 ml Lime Juice, 60.0 gr Red Onion, 2.0 gr Salt

    Pat the pork chops dry, then coat them with the olive oil, remaining ⅝ tsp (4 gr) salt, black pepper, and cumin.

    Place the pork chops on the grill and cook without moving until browned and easy to release from the grate.

    Turn the chops and continue grilling until the thickest part of each chop reaches at least 63°C.
