Sütlaç Rice Pudding

A traditional Turkish rice pudding with a creamy, gentle sweetness and a lightly baked top in some versions. It is a comforting dessert that works well after a home-style meal.

    Place the rinsed and drained short-grain rice and water in the saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, stirring with the wooden spoon, until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.

  3. Step 3

  4. Step 4
